Meet Our Team
Bob Lucas, the company’s founder, is a native of the Boston area. He began his thirty plus years working in insurance claims after completing his military service. Relocating to New Hampshire, he has adjusted both commercial and Homeowner losses throughout New England. Bob Retired at the end of 2016 and is enjoying retirement by playing more golf, spending time with his wife, and he plans to Travel.
Tanner T. Royce
Tanner Royce took over the company beginning in 2017 and looks to continue the legacy built by Mr. Lucas. He worked for Bob that last 12 years and was Vice President of the company the last 5 years while Bob focused on the office operations of the business. Tanner specializes in large and complex insurance claims and provides an unmatched level of Customer Service during the adjustment process. A 2001 Graduate of Plymouth State University majoring in Business Management and carried a minor in Political Science. Growing up in a Construction Family and working for a number of Building Contractors in both the field and in the office he has gained a level of construction and repair experience that provides a strong knowledge base for adjusting insurance claims. Following college Tanner went to work for Travelers Insurance. Tours on the Catastrophe team in PA and FL have prepared him to handle any type of claim in any environment. Tanner left Travelers Insurance in February 2005 to join Lucas Public Adjusters, where has successfully represented various clients’ interest throughout northern New England.Tanner enjoys time with his family and keeps active by "running" Mt. Sunapee, kayaking, playing golf, and trying to keep up with his wife April and their 2 daughters
Ryan Fennelly joined our team in late 2020 and we are very excited to have him representing our clients. Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and has the ability to serve both Residential and Commercial Clients.
Ryan is active in his community and is involved in Jiu Jsitsu and enjoys snowmobiling and traveling.

Michael Ryan has over 20 years experience as a public adjuster. Getting his core training in the military, where he also obtained national certification as a paramedic, this former Air Force sergeant has successfully assisted claimants from losses throughout the eastern United States, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico,
and the Caribbean. Now living in New Hampshire, Michael is active with family, his church, and sporting activities
